A rule-enforcement creature that patrols an abandoned amusement park.
It does not attack humans by default, even when it detects their presence.
However, it will immediately become hostile if a human enters restricted areas,
attempts to damage park attractions, or directly attacks it.
As long as the park rules are obeyed, it poses no threat to the player.
This character was designed with in-game behavior and enemy logic in mind.
